Frequently Asked Questions

Do you do piercings?

-We do not do piercings at our shop at this time

 

Do you take walk ins?

-We are currently an appointment only shop. This allows us to give each client our full attention and a customized experience. Please visit our booking page to fill out an inquiry form!

 

How much do tattoos cost?

-Pricing varies based on size, placement, detail, and artist. Our artists have hourly rates—feel free to inquire during your consultation.

 

What’s your deposit policy?

-Deposits are non-refundable and go toward the final cost of your tattoo. They’re required to hold your appointment and cover the time spent preparing your design.

 

Do you offer touch-ups?

-Yes—most artists offer free or discounted touch-ups within a certain timeframe (usually up to 12 month after healing). We do not offer free touch ups on another artists’ work. Ask your artist about their policy.

 

Do you do cover-ups or reworks?

-Some artists do, depending on the existing tattoo. Please send clear photos and a description when inquiring so we can assess if it’s possible.

 

Is there an age requirement?

-Yes, you must be 18 or older with a valid government-issued ID. No exceptions, even with parental consent.

 

What is your reschedule or cancellation policy?

-We require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Short-notice changes may result in forfeiting your deposit.

 

Do you sell gift cards?

We currently do not have gift cards available, but sometimes specials are ran independently per artist. Keep an eye on our social media pages near the holidays!

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

-Each artist always prefers cash. Some artists accept card, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo. 

 

Do you have an ATM? 

-We do not have an ATM in shop, but are located near PNC, Key Bank, Fifth Third, and Huntington banks

 

Are you hiring?

Can I bring a guest?

-Guests are more than welcome to come with for your consultation and/or session(s)! We ask that guests to be 18+. Please maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere. 

 

What should I wear to my session?

-We suggest wearing layers, this way we can easily navigate your tattoo site while remaining comfy! Here is a guide based on your tattoo location:

 

 

Should I bring anything with me to my session?

-Please bring a valid government ID, this can be your license or passport. We suggest bringing a phone charger and a water bottle. We have drinking water and additional complimentary drinks and snacks. Feel free to bring pillows and blankets to stay cozy during long sessions!

 

Can I see my design prior to my session?

-In most cases, your artist will show you the design at the appointment or shortly before. Minor changes can be made at that time.

 

This is my first tattoo, anything I need to know?

-Remain calm! Our artists will ensure you’re comfortable and happy with your tattoo from beginning to end!

Prior to your session, we suggest hydrating a little extra, eating a healthy breakfast, and avoiding caffeine/preworkout supplements and alcohol.

Breaks will be held whenever you need, or about every 1-2 hours. 

 

What numbing cream do you recommend?

-Our policy advises against using numbing creams prior to your session. This is to ensure your safety. Our artists are provided with their own trusty numbing agents to help ease discomfort when needed. Arriving with numbing cream on could result in rescheduling your session to another day.
